2nd Ork painted as an Oni (Japanse Ogre)

I bought a box of Orks hardboys to convert into my blood bowl players. This was when 1st edition came out. Not liking the sameness of the ork blood bowl team. I took out three and converted them into my Oni.

For me the Ard boys are the best Orc sculpts GW has ever made.

I am working on 6 Ard boys with the shields for my blood bowl lineman. Hope to have them done next weeks posting?

I like that the face of the Orc almost looks like his smiling. Great helm?

The whole conflict, oni (ork) on one side, stormcast on the other, and poor actual samurai in kimono on the other. I still have not bought the kimono samurai or painted the armored samurai I bought from Warlord games.

Now if someone did a 3D print of an Orc in a Kimono with a two handed Katana. I would buy that. GTC studios hint hint.

Still need to work on some banners.
